It was a cold, wet and windy night when P1, P2 and two very good friends bundled up to go and watch the Kiwis against the Kangaroos ( for those who have no idea what I am talking about - its the New Zealanders against the Australians in a friendly game of Rugby league) if you still have no idea what I am talking about them just scroll down till you find something that you know about.
It was promising to be a great game full of action and a bit of good old biffing!! The kiwis had trounced the Aussies in the first game and we were well on our way to another victory at half time. But during the time it took me to text my sister to see how the Pip was doing the darn Aussies had scored three runaway tries! Needless to say my interest in the game somewhat whithered and I decided that the Pringles and Hershey chocolate was more to my liking! We lost but boy it was a good game.
Had a visit from the cousins a couple of weeks ago. Haven't seen two of them in about 30 yrs and the other one wasn't even born! It was great catching up and Mum your brother wants his birthday card!!
Took Pip on a LONG walk around the beach 2 weekends ago. Stunning day but she was not in the mood to walk around the beach she just wanted to search EVERY rockpool so she could squish those sea aneomes. So after we managed to pry her away from them her focus was then taken by every puddle, big or small it did not matter, that we saw along the way. She splashed and splished and splashed some more. We then got wise and popped her into the stroller until the wheel broke on the rocks. Thank goodness it was sunny cause it would have been a bad day!
We stopped of at the local cafe for a well deserved coffee, fluffy and pee break.
As you can see in this pic, Pip LOVES her fluffeeeee.

We spotted a cat on the way home and had to play with it for 25 mins!
P2 had a health scare and had to have a nasty biopsy done but all is clear so yah! God is good.
I am going to add some pics of the family for good measure as I am horrendously bad at sending them.
Ta ta for now.

This is the aunt, the uncle, the three boy cousins

Oh she is so cute! Isn't blogging fun? It saves time and still helps you keep in touch with friends! Now, if only I could figure out how to link your blog to my site so I can check it more often! :)
Hey Rochelle! Thanks for your thoughts! I got your phone call - so sorry I had just missed you! I think I was on the phone or something. :( Paula is looking for your email address, and I don't see it posted here anywhere. Maybe you can drop her a note. Have a wonderful, balmy Christmas while we freeze! :) xo
So you are still out there! Why don't you write something??? Yes, you are tagged. This means you have to copy and paste the questions from my blog and put your own answers in. 2 is a fun age...and has challenges! Fun - Simeon learning to spell "frankencelery". Challenging - Him trying to squish his sister! Too bad LA is so far from KC! Couldn't you swing up this way for a bit??? Don't think we'll be coming to NZ for awhile yet! :)
